HalfBacks
Exceptional power and stamina. Must be able to play without the ball, penetrating whatever spaces he or she can find.
Good at shooting from outside the area.
Good at passing to teammates moving toward attack.
Must go forward into attack and return to cover the flanks in defense.
Good at crossing from the sides.
Good acceleration, good at dribbling.
Good at blocking crosses.
Must stay on their feet at all times.
Good at playing the give and go.

Center Backs (stopper & sweeper)
Good at covering the entire section, stepping in when his teammates have been beaten or when they are in difficulty.
Able to pilot the defense division and to keep it in the midfield.
Good at tackling, good in the air and at contrasting players who try to dribble past him.
Must play simple balls, both short and long passes to the strikers.
Quick at interpreting miscellaneous tactical situations.
Exceptional power and speed, able to support the full backs
Take leadership responsibility in the defense.

Center Midfielder
Good technical skills, allowing him to organize play.
Tactically intelligent. Able to help the team in defense, placing himself in front of the backs in order to protect them.
Good at regaining possession and at giving quick direction to the team's play.
Good at shielding the defense
Good at tacking and stealing the balls.

FullBacks
Good at marking; able to keep the defense in line.
Able to play wide to support attacking moves. (Overlap)
Must give consistency, coordination play with the teammates of his division.
Exceptional power, speed and stamina.
Tactically flexible, able to break into empty spaces.
Ability to play with the team in attack both in support and in giving thrust.
Good with his feet; play give and go.

Forwards
All round player: able to attack and defend.
Good stamina, strength and dribbling skills.
Excellent physical build and good acceleration.
Ability to break quickly into open spaces created by his teammates.
Ability to meet dump and rebound .passes from the striker.
Able to change speed and to give thrust when in possession.
Good at crossing from the bottom of the field and at passing the ball in dept.
Skills in shooting at goal from long range.
Good decision-making.

Strikers
Able to receive and shield the ball.
Excellent shooting skills with both head and feed -power and precision.
Good at creating space for his teammates.
Good flexibility and mobility.
Good skills in dribbling with good imagination and capable of shooting from long range.

Goalkeepers
The last line of defense and the first in attack?
Must be aggressive in the eighteen-yard box.
Good at playing the ball wide.
Good at controlling the defense by telling everyone to cover their man Should be loud at times.
Good at covering the near post.(If a goal is scored at the near post, it is always the goalie's fault).
Good at punting the ball away from the danger area.
Without doubt, the single most important player is the goalkeeper.
If his performance is poor, he can loose the game on his own account.
If his performance is good, he can improve the confidence of the rest of his team and help make their performance for sure.
